By accessing or using CoinBelieve (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Market Manipulation: Coordinating "Pump & Dump" schemes or spreading proven falsehoods to manipulate asset prices.
- Automated Abuse: Using bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without API key.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer our proprietary ranking algorithms.
- Malicious Content: Posting malware, phishing links, or content violating intellectual property rights.
3. Content Ownership & License
Your Rights: You retain full ownership of the content (text, images, analysis) you post.
License Grant: By posting, you grant CoinBelieve a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, and display your content.
4. Termination & Suspension
We operate a Three-Strike System for community guidelines violations. However, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend accounts without notice for severe violations (e.g., fraud, illegal content, security exploits).
Terminated accounts forfeit all unvested monetization earnings.
5. Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COINBELIEVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
6. Platform Content Policy
- Financial Fraud: Content designed to artificially inflate the price of an asset for personal gain is banned.
- Misleading Guarantees: Content promising "100x returns" or "risk-free" investments is strictly prohibited.
- Hate Speech: Zero tolerance for targeted attacks based on race, religion, gender, or identity.
